After the harvest, grapes are spread for a few days in the sun. During fermentation, the must remains with the peels for a short time and then it's been  separate to complete the fermentation in the tank. The wine is completed without any other filtering or clarification treatment. The result is a red dry wine  with an imposing personality, deep dark color and complex structure, with a distinctive aromatic character of herbs, red and black overripe fruits such as plum, cherry and raisin. The presence of oak, is also discreet, with a suspicion of vanilla and spices. The crunchy acidity balances with the unruly tannins and the strong alcohol. A phenologically rich wine with a "European" character that can accompany a meal with a hunt, or braised hull, aged spicy cheeses and rich meats. If you have patience, keep it in your cellar for many years (at least 5 to 7) and it will amaze you for sure.

Tranos is a dry white wine made from various Muscat grapes. Especially for this year, we created a blend together with unicue Athiri that we procured from the famous area "Harakaki", located at an altitude of 600m, on the slopes of Mount Attaviros, in Embonas village, but also from the area "Agroi" of Sianna. The contact of the wine with the fine lees for 2 months in the tank, gave a medium body and strong aromatic profile, while the two varieties are combined in harmony. Serve it cool and pair it with white meat, pasta with red sauce, soft spicy cheeses, tarts and fresh salads.

A gentle demi-sec rosé Provence style, made from selected varieties of Muscat  Athiri and Mandilaria. The distinctive aromas of summer fruits and white flowers meet the red fruits.  We can also tase the cherry, the peach and the vanilla. A wine that can be easily combined with plates from Greek cuisine such as giouvetsi and spetzofai, as well as flavors from international cuisine such as Japanese (sushi) and Italian. It can also be combined perfectly with more spicy cuisines such as Indian and Mexican, while it also loves cold dishes such as a plate with white and savory yellow cheeses, a green salad with prosciutto and parmesan, or bruschettas with cream cheese and salmon.

Rodostagma is a rosé sweet wine that we make with love and passion in our estate, from selected varieties of Muscat grapes and Mandilaria while a part of the grapes were sun-dried for a few days in the Rhodesian sun. in order to concentrate the aromas. This is a light wine, with strong primary aromas of fruit but also white and red flowers, which is liked even by those who do not prefer sweet wines! It is drunk cold and accompanies an excellent dessert with fruit or dessert but also plain.

Anthokipos is a dessert sweet white wine 80% from Muscat Di Trani and 20% from other Muscat grapes such as Muscat of  Samos, Moschato of Alexandria etc. The grapes were sun-dried in the sun for a few days and so the concentrated flavours are meeting at a feast in your glass. Summer fruits such as peach and apricot in combination with white flowers give an nectar-like wine. Cool it and pair it with fruits or dessert and lead the pleasure to another dimension of joy.

Trampolino is a Naturally Sparkling Wine (Pet-Nat). It was born in the tank but completed its fermentation in the bottle, without further processing and filtration. The vinification was completed in the same way as with the sparkling wines, by freezing the wine lees in the neck of the bottle and disgorging. The primary flavours have been preserved intact giving an extremely aromatic and refreshing wine due to the natural gas. There is a Blanc and a Rose version. You should try them both.

After the cultivation care and the harvest, we produce "Tranos", our white dry wine. Then you use this wine as a base wine for the production of our sparkling wine, according to the Τraditional Μethod of the second fermentation in the bottle méthode champanoise). The bottles are resting for 9 months with the lees which they enriches the floral bouquet from Muscat grapes together with the special typical flavors of sparkling wine such as bread and nuts. The characteristic small fine bubbles are present and last long. Serve it cold and pair it with a wide range of dishes such as shellfish, bruschettas with caviar, lobster,  shrimps or any other sea food.
